Our trip to Vienna (written by Belinay, Shanell, Ira, Simon)
As we arrived at our destination by train, the weather was cold and rainy. After we had unpacked our luggage, we were on the way to the Zoo Schönbrunn. Unfortunately, the weather got worse but we still had fun. On the next day we had a tour at the Stephansdom. The dome was beautiful. In the afternoon we went to the “Hundertwasser-Museum”. We were already tired but the exhibits were interesting. The last activity of the day was the musical Phantom of the Opera. It was one of our highlights of the trip. On Wednesday morning we went to the Sisi-Museum, where we learnt new things about Sisi´s life. After that, we had a sightseeing tour through Vienna. We had dinner at the Prater, where we had two hours of free time to ride the rides we wanted. On our last day we visited the parliament and the 3d-museum. We took some funny pictures there. On the way back to the hotel, we had some time to go shopping in the Mariahilferstraße. All in all, the trip was amazing and we had a lot of fun.
Hundertwasser-Museum, Sisi-Museum, Busrundfahrt und Parlament standen auf dem Programm. Der Wiener Steffl durfte natürlich auch nicht fehlen. Absolutes Highlight war ganz klar der Prater! Auch der Musicalbesuch begeisterte die Schüler*innen. Unser Fazit: Wien ist immer eine Reise wert!
